1. The gab and readiness of grade 7 students for the 9^th class syllabus of Federal Board.
2. Enabling Parents to focus on physical and behavioural changes at the growing age of 13 – 16 years ( teenage)
3. Students Timetable at home for studies.
4. Teachers/Parents/students relations (Triangle)
5. Individual Teachers’ Feedback about the performance of the students.
6. The Evaluation of fair marking by the teachers/ Rechecking of answer sheet by other teachers.
7. To maintain the Academic standard and culture of St. Mary’s Academy.
8. Parents’ questions and suggestions.

 The attendance is mandatory.
