CAIE registration October/November 2020 for Fresh/ Extra Subject Entries are NOW OPEN..!! Students can collect fee challan and entry forms from the School Office between 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Receipt of Payment along with this form should be submitted to Mr Aqeel Raza before 20th July 2020.Verification Statement will be sign on 22th July 2020.
Statement of Entry will not be sent without signatures, after which first level fee will be charged

Complying to the instructions of the Federal Government, due to the pandemic Corona virus St. Mary’s Academy will remain closed starting from Saturday March 14, 2020 to Sunday April 5, 2020.

Kindly note the following points for the CAIE examination May/June 2020 and make arrangements accordingly.

• The students who are appearing for CAIE must have their CNIC with them and those students who have not applied for CNIC till now are asked to apply as soon as possible. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination without their CNIC/smartcard/ Passport. Smartcard is issued by Nadra for citizen of age under 18.
• Out-going 10 Cambridge School fee must be paid till June 2020.
• Current 10 Cambridge School fee must be paid till April 2020.
• AS & A2 School fee must be paid till July 2020.
• March 2020 & April 2020 fee bills will be payable in March 2020
• May 2020 & June 2020 fee bills will be payable in April 2020.
• Exam Fee Bill due date will be 23^rd January 2020.
• Receipt of Payment along with form should be submitted to Mr Aqeel Raza before 24th January 2020. Verification Statement will be signed on 30th January 2020. Statement of Entry will not be sent without signatures.
• Entries will be finalized on the basis of result. In case a student fails in any subject(s) fee of that subject(s) will be returned.
• Important instructions for obtaining equivalency from IBCC:
• Candidate’s full name and date of birth must be same as stated in their valid Birth Certificate (Issued by NADRA/ National Identity Card/ Passport. IBCC will not accept original SOR/ Certificates for equivalence which have different names or DOB details stated for candidate.
• Statement of entries will be issued in April 2020 after obtaining clearance from accounts office.
• Only those students’ exam entries will be sent who will achieve overall 50%.
• If a student pays fee (CAIE Exam) but fails to qualify then fee will be refunded.
• Just depositing fee does not guarantee that exam entry is sent.
• Deadlines should be followed strictly.

In case of any problem approval in advance must be obtained from the Principal.

 Given the prevailing law and order situation and potential risks to safety of our candidates and staff, British council have decided to move CAIE examination from 29 October 2019 to 1 November 2019 at Pearl Continental Hotel Rawalpindi. You are requested to please report as per your previous schedule at Pearl Continental Hotel Rawalpindi.

Also, please note that parking facility/waiting area is not available at the exam venues.

Students, who wish to appear in Improvement / Re-take Exam Nov, 2019 can collect the CAIE entry form from Mr. Aqeel Raza. Last date is August 23, 2019. Receipt of payment along with this form should be submitted to Mr Aqeel Raza before 18th August 2017. Statement of Entry will be signed on 26th August 2019.

Dear Parents/ Students,
This is to inform you that school office will remain closed for Eid Holidays from 11th August 2019 to 14th August 2019 (both days inclusive). CAIE result of O/A Level will be distributed on Thursday, 15th August 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Kindly make sure that all your previous dues are cleared till Friday, 9th August 2019.

• SSC-II out-going students can collect their security from Mr. Shoukat Ellahi (Account Officer) as per following schedule:

• Do bring photocopy of your father’s CNIC to collect security.
• If any Student misses the particular date, his security will be released after 24^th September 2018.
