This is to remind you that your son has to clear the dues till August 2015 before getting his Roll No. slip and date sheet in April 2015.
Therefore, you are requested to pay the bills according to the following schedule:
| January 2015 | Bills of Months January & February |
| February 2015 | Bills of Months March & April |
| March 2015 | Bills of Months May & June |
| April 2015 | Bills of Months July & August |
This will help you in avoiding extra burden on you in the month of April 2015.
I will highly appreciate your efforts regarding clearing the dues of your son in advance.
