Those students who want to appear in October/November 2012 Cambridge Exams can collect exam entry forms from Mr. Yasin Saleem from today onwards. It will be return along with;

1)    Original  receipts for payment for exams entry

2)    Copy of last result(if any)

3)    Four passport size photographs in envelop with name and roll number written on it.

 Deadline

• First time Entry (First time means appearing in the subject in which candidate was not appeared in June 2012)

1. Forms submission date 7^th August 2012
2. Forms signing date 9^th August 2012

•  Retake Entry (Retake means repeating same subject which candidate took in May/June 2012  )

1. Forms submission date 4^th September, 2012
2. Forms signing date 7^th September 2012
