NOTE:

1. DUES: Clear your dues otherwise you will not be allowed to sit in the exams.
2. VENUE: Exam will be conducted in Library/ Conference Room
3. This Exam is a part of overall assessment on the basis of which forecast grades will be sent for May/June 2017. No marks will be awarded if any student misses pre-send up exams. Incase of any problem a prior permission MUST be obtained from the Principal.
4. Admission will be sent on the basis of the result of this pre-send up and send-up examinations (expected at the end of December). Passing criteria is 50%. It is must for the candidate to pass both the exams to send his/her admission from school.
5. PTM: Saturday, 3rd December 2016 (9:00 am to 11:00 am)

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

DUES: Clear your dues otherwise you will not be allowed to sit in the exams. All dues must be cleared by 16th November 2016.

MISSED PAPER: Any paper missed will be taken during the exams only and not after wards.

TIMINGS: The school timings for exam days will be:

Playgroup and Nursery: 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Prep: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

TRANSPORTATION: Please take the children back home by 12:00 noon to prepare for the next paper.

REVISION: Time for revision will be given according the length of the Paper.

PTM/RESULT DAY: Saturday, 3rd December 2016 (8:00 am to 1:00 pm)
