1.  Last date for the submission of this form is 16^th AUGUST 2013.
2. Interviews of the candidates along with the parents will be held on 17^th AUGUST 2013.
3. Registration Fee (Non Refundable) Rs. 1000/- (Rs one thousand only) will be paid in cash
