Cambridge enrollment forms along with fee slip can be obtained from 16^th July to 22^nd July 2016 between 9 AM to 12 NOON.

The last date for submission of this form and fee is 25^th July 2016.

Applicants are required to sign statement of Entry latest by 28^th July 2016 between 10 AM to 12 NOON.

Before submission of form kindly make sure that you know whether you are applying for First Take or Retake.

Note:

FIRST TAKE

It means a candidate is appearing in a subject, in which he/she did not appear in May / June 2016

Re-TAKE

It means a candidate is appearing in a subject, in which he/she has appeared in May / June 2016.
Deadline will be announced after declaration of result.
