• Casual Day

• The school is going to observe Friday, 26th September 2014 as casual day to generate funds for flood affectees.

• The Coordinators, along managing committee are going to organize a number of activities to make the day meaningful and fruitful.

• I encourage all Teaching staff to contribute Rs.500/- minimum and ancillary staff to contribute Rs.100// only. The money may be deposited to Shaokat in accounts’ office.

• The students will contribute Rs.50/- minimum to take part in the casual day. They pay money to the class teacher who will deposit it in accounts office & shall keep an account of it.

2)

• Oath taking ceremony

• The prefects’ Oath Taking Ceremony is organized on Saturday, 27^th September 2014. All concerned teachers help the coordinator to make the program successful.

3)

• A level Welcome Party

• A level welcome party is organized on Saturday, 27^th September 2014 (evening). All concerned please make necessary arrangements.

Note: all concerned please make arrangements and keep the office update every day with all activities mentioned above.
