Greetings from Saint Mary’s Academy

Second Term examinations 2015 have come to an end and the 3^rd Term of the school year 2015-16 is commencing from 5^th January 2016 for the classes Playgroup to 10.

PTM:

• A gentle reminder that the PTM for the 2^nd Term Examination 2015 of classes Playgroup to 10 will be held on Saturday, 9^th January 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.
• The parents are requested to come at the allotted time to avoid long waiting hours.

A-LEVELS & F.SC:

• Send-up exams of classes A-Levels and F.Sc are starting from 28^th December 2015. The PTM for the Send-up examinations for classes A-Levels and F.Sc will be held on 16^th January 2016 from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon.

CHRISTMAS PAGEANT:

• The Principal, Staff and students of St. Mary’s Academy wish to invite you for Christmas Pageant on Friday, 18^th December 2015 at 5:00 pm sharp.

CHRISTMAS/ WINTER HOLIDAYS:

• School will be closing for the Christmas/ Winter Holidays from Saturday, 19^th December 2015 to 4^th January 2016 (both days inclusive).

Datesheet For A-Levels Monthly Exams Nov 2015

NOTE:

1. DUES: Clear your dues otherwise you will not be allowed to sit in the exams.
2. TIMINGS: The students will go directly to Room#4 and will not attend the morning assembly if they have paper in first two periods. Regular classes will be held other than exam periods.
3. VENUE: Exam will be conducted in Room# 4 on 23rd, 24th and 27th November 2015 and in Library on 25th, 26th November 2015.
4. This Exam is a part of overall assessment on the basis of which exam entries will be sent for May/June 2016. Any students who will miss these exams will be awarded 0 mark and will be subject to financial penalty. Incase of any problem a written application should be sent to the Principal.

Playgroup and Nursery 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Prep 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

TRANSPORTATION: Please take the children back home by 12:00 noon to prepare for the next paper.

REVISION: Time for revision will be given according the length of the Paper.
