PLEASE NOTE:

1. Any student who has not paid the school fee till November 2014 shall not be allowed to sit in the exam. Therefore, clear all dues by November 10th, 2014
2. Students Departure time : From 20th November School timings will be Playgroup/ Nursery 8:30am to 11:15am and Prep 8:00am to 11:15am. during exams days except the days when routine classes are scheduled.
3. Teachers Departure time : 12:00 noon. Please count the papers and receive the bundle.
4. Submit Award list: (On the 3rd day of each paper). Finalize all Award lists by Monday, 1st December 2014
5. Submit Master Sheet by Friday, 5th December 2014.
6. Finalization of Result: Principal will meet with the class teachers and subject teachers: on 8th and 9th December 2014.
7. Missed Paper: Any missed paper will be taken by the permission of the Principal during the exams only and not after wards.
8. Revision study time : will be given according to the length of the paper. The paper must finish within the given time therefore start it according to the length of paper.
9. Result Day: on Saturday 13th December 2014 from 8:30 to 1:00 pm.
10. Winter Timings & Uniform: The winter uniform will be followed from wednesday 5th November 2014 and the timings are Playgroup: 8:30am to 12:30pm Nursery: 8:30am to 1:30pm and Prep 8:00am to 1:30 pm.

Dear Parents,
Kindly note down the following points for the CIE examination May/June 2015 and make arrangements accordingly.

• Exam Fee Bill due date will be 1st week of January.
• March & April fee bills will be payable in March.
• May & June fee bills will be payable in April.
• Statement of entries will be issued in April after fee payment till June & clearance from Labs.
• Exam entry will only be sent if the student passes Mid-Term exam.
• If a student pays fee but fails to qualify then fee will be refunded.
• Just depositing fee does not give guarantee that exam entry is sent.
• Deadline should be followed strictly.
• In case of any problem approval must be taken in advance.

In all our good will for the benefits of the students we started Saturday classes. My staff generously gave the time, but because of very poor attendance, we have stopped Saturday classes.
Saturday Sports Program will be carried on as scheduled but no teaching classes.
