NOTE:

1. DUES: Clear your dues otherwise you will not be allowed to sit in the exams.
2. VENUE: Exam will be conducted in Room # 4
3. This Exam is a part of overall assessment on the basis of which forcast grades will be sent for May/June 2017. No marks will be awarded if any student misses send up exams. Incase of any problem a prior permission MUST be obtained from the Principal.
4. Admission will be sent on the basis of the result of pre-send up and this send-up examinations. Passing criteria is 50%. It is must for the candidate to pass both the exams to send his/her admission from school.
5. PTM: Saturday, 14th January 2017 (9:00 am to 11:00 am). It is mandatory for all the parents to attend the PTM.

School will remain closed on 21st November 2016 due to Chelum. Tomorrow’s (21-Nov-16) paper of all classes will be held on Monday 28th November  2016.

MISSED PAPER: Any paper missed will be taken during the exams only and not after wards.

TIMINGS: The school timings for exam days will be:

Playgroup and Nursery: 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Prep: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

TRANSPORTATION: Please take the children back home by 12:00 noon to prepare for the next paper.

REVISION: Time for revision will be given according the length of the Paper.
