- Last Date For The Submission Of This Form Is January 25, 2012
- For admission to Play Group the child should be toilet trained
- The date of birth of the student must be between:
- For Play Group: July 2008 and April 2009 (3 years to 3 years 9 months)
- For Nursery : July 2007 and April 2008 (4 years to 4 years 9 months)
