The parents will be updated on the following:

1. The gab and readiness of grade 7 students for the 9^th class syllabus of Federal Board.
2. Enabling Parents to focus on physical and behavioural changes at the growing age of 13 – 16 years ( teenage)
3. Students Timetable at home for studies.
4. Teachers/Parents/students relations (Triangle)
5. Individual Teachers’ Feedback about the performance of the students.
6. The Evaluation of fair marking by the teachers/ Rechecking of answer sheet by other teachers.
7. To maintain the Academic standard and culture of St. Mary’s Academy.
8. Parents’ questions and suggestions.

 The attendance is mandatory.

Eid Holidays:

·    There will be regular classes till Friday, 3rd October 2014.

·    4th (Sat) and 5th (Sun) October 2014 will be off days.

·    6th (Mon), 7th (Tue), 8th (Wed) and 9th (Thur) October 2014 will be Eid holidays.

·    10th (Fri) and 11th (Sat) October 2014 will be classes for the whole school.

·    On Saturday, 11th October 2014, Monday Timetable will be followed.

• Casual Day

• The school is going to observe Friday, 26th September 2014 as casual day to generate funds for flood affectees.

• The Coordinators, along managing committee are going to organize a number of activities to make the day meaningful and fruitful.

• I encourage all Teaching staff to contribute Rs.500/- minimum and ancillary staff to contribute Rs.100// only. The money may be deposited to Shaokat in accounts’ office.

• The students will contribute Rs.50/- minimum to take part in the casual day. They pay money to the class teacher who will deposit it in accounts office & shall keep an account of it.

• Oath taking ceremony

• The prefects’ Oath Taking Ceremony is organized on Saturday, 27^th September 2014. All concerned teachers help the coordinator to make the program successful.

• A level Welcome Party

• A level welcome party is organized on Saturday, 27^th September 2014 (evening). All concerned please make necessary arrangements.

Note: all concerned please make arrangements and keep the office update every day with all activities mentioned above.

Dear Parents,

The school organized a Parent Teacher Meeting on Saturday September 13^th, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The school looked forward to see you on this occasion to discuss your child’s performance in the classroom but you did not turn up.

Therefore, you are requested to meet the relevant teacher to collect your child’s result and discuss his overall performance in the classroom by Thursday September 18^th, 2014. After this preceding your child will not be allowed to sit in the classroom.
